Striving to reclaim Vietnam’s paradise


Visitors from around the world come to marvel at the floating villages of Ha Long Bay.

While the delicate and beautiful ecosystem has been recognised with a world heritage listing, today this status is under increasing threat from human-induced climate change.

Fortunately, strategies are starting to be developed at a local and national level in an effort to limit the damage.
